PSA For the Ladies: Pink Cookie By Cream and Coco Review

Yes, this post is about exactly what it sounds like.

Pink Cookie.
Lady Parts.

Whatever you want to call them, we're gonna chat for a second. This is a little off the beaten path for me, but what kind of friend would I be if I didn't share every good thing I came across? As ya'll may or may not know, I've been dabbling in goodies from Cream and Coco for a review. I'm in love, they're all awesome, yadda, yadda, yadda. The review will be available later.

This may seem kind of awkward, but I must share. In my @creamandcoco goodies, I got a sample size of the Pink Cookie soap. For those ladies who are unfamiliar, Google it. Then proceed to purchase some. The reviews on creamandcoco.com and YouTube don't lie. It's an awkward thing to do a full review on, but I promise the reviewers are telling the truth. This product is amazing, and I am a believer that will be buying more. #creamandcoco #soap #PinkCookie #itsoundsexactlylikewhatitis #weallgrownhereWhat I want to talk about is something that probably won't make it to the pages of Naturally Curly or BGLH. It has nothing to do with hair, and everything to do with feminine hygiene. See, I had been hearing some buzz in the streets about a little soap called Pink Cookie...but I didn't think Victoria and The Cream & Coco Team would be sending me a little slice to try out. So when I discovered what the little pink bar photo'd to the left was, I was actually a little excited. Skeptical, but excited. I combed the interwebs for reviews, and only found a few outside of the testimonials on the purchase page. What I did notice is that they all said the same thing. Things like, all day clean feeling. Smelling and feeling fresh. Really works. I only use Pink Cookie exclusively. You must try it. At that point, I was convinced. Cream and Coco couldn't pay off that many people, could they? As I would soon find out, they wouldn't need to ever buy a testimonial from anyone. Ever.

So I gave it a whirl in my next shower. And the shower after that. And after that. Ever since that little pink bar of soap sailed into my life, I have been using it. And telling people about it. And using it some more. I think you get the point. I don't want to go on forever and ever, but I do want to absolutely validate every single review that's out there. Pink Cookie works. It is fragrance-free, and suitable for the most sensitive of skin. The ingredients are pretty amazing. As a matter of fact, here is what's in the soap:
  • Saponified Oils of Soybean and Coconut
  • Olive Oil
  • Soy Butter
  • Shea Butter
  • Rhassoul Clay
  • Organic Greek Yogurt
  • Vinegar
The saponified oils are what make the soap, and of course butters are always present for moisturizing and softening skin. Clay has amazing detoxifying properties, and also absorbs odor naturally. Greek yogurt and vinegar provide probiotics and pH balancing respectively, all which play into how "fresh and clean" we are down there. Without giving TMI and divulging more than necessary, let's just suffice it to say that it is DEFINITELY worth trying. The fresh feeling is immediate, and there is no weird/artificial fragrance that lingers behind. Better than that, the freshness lasts all day - even after working out. Seriously. The bar lathers nicely, and lasts forever. I'm not even halfway done with the sample bar I received. But guess what? I've already ordered more. And, I ordered the Pound Cake bar formulated specifically for the fellas, just for BF to try out. Yes, I drag him into my #supportsmallbusiness experiments and ventures.

It's only $5.25 for a 5.5oz bar! Worth a shot, right? Normally, I'm an advocate for not believing the hype. This time around, I say believe it!
