IT'S GIVEAWAY TIME!!! Sponsored by Sedu/Folica.com [Ends Sunday, October 5th @ 11:59pm PST]
I like giveaways, and I cannot lie!
If you follow me on Instagram, then you know I did a mini review of the Sedu Daily Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner. Just in case you missed it or don't have IG, here it is:
I was sent the Sedu Daily Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioning products courtesy of @folica. It's not formulated specifically for textured hair, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The shampoo had a really rich and creamy lather, and I was even able to do some detangling with it (due to it having some slip). It thoroughly cleansed my hair and removed buildup, but my hair didn't feel stripped -- it just felt really clean. The shampoo is sulfate-free and CG friendly. Even though I really liked the shampoo, the conditioner TOTALLY won me over. I have never, ever, EVER used a daily/rinse-out conditioner this good. I usually only get this hydrated, smooth, soft-feeling, super shiny, and frizz-free hair from deep conditioners. I totally wasn't expecting the results I got. It was like my hair instantly soaked up all the goodness and moisture that the conditioner had to offer in under 2 minutes (no lie). I wouldn't tell y'all about this if a GIVEAWAY wasn't coming soon -- so stay tuned!Indeed, impressed I was. Now it's YOUR TURN to be impressed!!! Folica.com hooked me up with TWO Sedu Daily Moisturizing trios -- complete with shampoo, conditioner, and thermal spray (valued at $60 each) -- to give away to two lucky Mane Objective readers!!!
To enter to win, leave a comment below sharing one topic or product review that you'd like to see me cover here on the blog or on YouTube.
That's it! You can enter twice per day, through Sunday, October 5th @ 11:59pm PST.
Good luck everyone -- let's see those comments and entries roll in!

ReplyDeleteHi I definitely need to see an article on helping me restore my poor processed beaten mess back to life after serving time in the military overseas where there was nowhere I could properly maintain my hair. Now, it feels so course and brittle when it is actually fine textured hair. I'm afraid that I may have to just cut it all off and start over :-(

shipping information so I can send your prize!!!
Thanks for asking Tanisha! I didn't finish a full 6 months, I made it to month 4. I've never taken Hairfinity, so I'm not sure how it compares. I'm done with these vitamins for now though. Had me neglecting my trims for the sake of length retention lol.
ReplyDeleteI really like the Alikay Honey & Sage DC. I got it in a CurlKit about 2 years ago. I buy it every once in a while -- the price to quantity ratio makes it not reasonable for me (I can get like 1.5 uses out of a jar lol)....so I tend to wait until Black Friday or when there's a really good sale. If you can catch a promotion at Target where they give you a $5 gift card or $5 off with a certain amount of purchases, then use that as an opportunity to try it.
ReplyDeleteHey now!!! I'm debating on visiting Shai -- I see his work all over Instagram and I'm really curious. He's expensive though -- gotta save my coins! Lol
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely look into Curls Unleashed :)
ReplyDeleteGirl, you know I'm not good at DIY, but I'll try! Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteYou got it -- especially with Black Friday right around the corner :)
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely look into it! I know some of their products have ingredients I don't particularly care for, but if I see some conditioners and stylers I just may take the bait!
ReplyDeleteYasssss! Done, and done.
ReplyDeleteAnother yassssss! I'll definitely do that one ASAP. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI like it. I like it a lot. You mean the next steps after completing a successful transition to natural hair?
ReplyDeletePerpetual, or super duper long term? Lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm not big on protective styling, but there are a few I like. I'll definitely share. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWill do :)
ReplyDeleteOn the way as we type!
ReplyDeleteLAWWWWWWD! Lol. This will be a tough one, but I'm up for the challenge!
ReplyDeleteYes!!! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I may have to grab my sister's steam rollers to see how that works. Thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!!!! Although filter and flash do get some credit lol. I have skin flaws like everyone else, but I personally feel like when I wear makeup, I make things worse...plus I don't know what I'm doing lol. Here's a link to my regimen that I follow. I'm definitely up for sharing more info and reviewing skincare products too. Thank you!!! http://www.maneobjective.com/2014/08/my-regimen-for-clear-glowing-healthy-skin.html
ReplyDeleteHey Shontae! You got it!!! I have been eyeballing the custard, so you know it's coming!
ReplyDeleteI tried the Anti-Breakage Line a while ago, but wasn't moved to write about it. I found everything to be okay, with there being a few gems. I can definitely do a post sharing which products of theirs I do like and think are worth the money. Thanks Tanisha!
ReplyDeleteWhich mask?
ReplyDeleteI have reviews of some of the new Shea Moisture Products on the blog :) Although purchasing entire lines is expensive, haha! You can find the reviews I do have here: http://www.maneobjective.com/search/?q=shea+moisture&x=0&y=0 - hopefully I can add more in the future. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI'd say one of the best protein-moisture balancing deep conditioners is the Hydratherma Naturals Amino Plus Protein Deep Conditioner. Shea Moisture's new Jamaican Black Castor Oil Masque also provides a nice balance as well. Thanks for commenting :)
